Computer Vision Engineer, Atlas Copco
2024 — present
Full-time role in machine vision applications. Engineering and Technical, Specialist level. Auburn Hills, Michigan, US.
Hi I am Rohin Siddhartha
,
I’m a robotics and vision engineer with hands-on experience deploying production-grade automation solutions in OEM environments. My work spans integrating vision systems with robotic platforms, developing deep learning–based inspection solutions, and building end-to-end robotic cells from concept through commissioning. I’ve worked extensively with industrial robots, including programming in FANUC KAREL, and have combined traditional automation with modern AI approaches to solve real-world manufacturing problems such as defect detection and dimensional inspection. I enjoy bridging the gap between software and hardware—whether it’s triggering vision systems using sensors or building custom production grade software tools—and I’m particularly interested in advancing toward intelligent, closed-loop systems where perception directly drives action in real time.
